How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Returns and Exchanges
We sincerely hope you are happy with your PERYSH purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14-day period in an unworn and unused condition.

Please also note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us.
